We were contacted by a travel agency to provide group tour services for a small group of 11 Spanish-speaking tourists. The request was for an 8-day tour across Bosnia, Croatia, and Montenegro.

Moreover, our tour director enriched the tour and the overall experience of the group by including additional attractions that were not originally part of the itinerary, with the consent of the outbound travel agency representative. We received a request for private tour services for a small group traveling to Bosnia, in South-Eastern Europe. They wanted the tour to include visits to Mostar, Blagaj, Stolac, and other off-the-beaten-path locations, featuring medieval (12th-15th century) tombstones called stećci, which are recognized as UNESCO protected cultural heritage. Additionally, they expressed interest in exploring the Hellenistic remains of the fortress of Daorson, dating back from 350 to 50 years BCE. They also required the reservation of accommodation and other coordination for the tour.
How We Solved This Project
We provided private tour services for a small group of guests visiting Bosnia, in South-Eastern Europe. They also explored the old amphitheater-shaped water well and unique tombstones from the UNESCO heritage list, which feature engravings that remain a mystery, as well as other monuments, ensuring a seamless experience for the guests.

Upon receiving the request, we promptly engaged the transfer provider company. Our representative met with them at their small travel agency in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to finalize the travel arrangement for the guests. As the family preferred to spend their first night at a hotel of their choice after arriving and landing at the airport, we offered several recommendations. Subsequently, we arranged for their transfer to another hotel using the van provided for the Mexican family. Over the next few days, we conducted excursions and guided tours to key cultural and natural heritage sites as part of the tour highlights. The program concluded with a van transfer to the airport provided by us.

How We Solved This Project
We were contacted suddenly by a group representative based on recommendations from their colleagues, whom we had assisted with minor services previously, such as van transfer services. They requested travel services for a tailor-made itinerary for 3 groups of 33, 28, and 21 passengers comprising professors and students. Despite the short notice, we swiftly organized their customized tours. We collaborated with motor-coach/bus companies in the destination that offered favorable VAT rates to ensure cost saving for our clients. To strengthen trust, we opted not to request advance payment but settled accounts at the destination after the third day for the bus companies and on the last day for the accommodation providers, who agreed to this arrangement.
During one part of the itinerary, a challenge arose for one group due to a traffic restriction preventing our large bus from proceeding. We promptly engaged a local bus company in Croatia, which dispatched a suitable bus to transfer the group further. The guests expressed satisfaction with the arrangement we made for them. Additionally, we organized events facilitating meetings between guests and local groups, fostering friendships among participants.
